Mary H. Clark
Mary Clark is Practice Leader at Cammack Health and a member of the executive leadership team. As Practice Leader, Mary is responsible for business operations. This includes: account management, communications, Human Resources technology, and compliance services. Mary has over 15 of years of in-depth experience specifically with non-profits and hospital systems. Her work includes qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation, performance measurement development, and strategic planning. Prior to her current role, Mary was the vice president of Health & Benefits, providing senior consulting services to Cammack Health's clients. Mary has also worked in employee benefits at the corporate headquarters of an international Fortune 500 company.
She is a frequent speaker at key industry events including Northeast Business Group on Health and co-led a webinar on ACA Mandates with Cammack Health and Nixon Peabody. Her work has been published nationally in industry journals and she frequently speaks at industry events. She is an expert in the current health care legislation and frequently consults with clients and law firms. She also serves as a senior liaison to clients, championing their needs.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Mary received a bachelor's degree in Literature from Ramapo College and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She has extensive knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, with areas of expertise in COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA law. Mary is also proficient in securities law, including both SEC and FINRA regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley.
