Eva provides senior consulting services to large clients and leads a team of management and analytical resources. She also oversees all financial analysis, budgeting and claims forecasting, rate calculations, RFP processes, underwriting/renewal work and long-term strategic planning for clients. She is an expert in vendor negotiations, as well as in plan design modeling, risk assessments and funding mechanisms.
Eva has more than 20 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of health and welfare benefit plans. Prior to joining Cammack Health, Eva was the corporate manager of health and welfare benefits at a Fortune 100 corporation, responsible for the administration of plans for more than 20,000 U.S.-based employees and 15,000 retirees. She also oversaw budget and rate setting, and all health and welfare RFP processes, vendor negotiations, implementation activities, and decisions regarding plan design changes. Previously, Eva worked as an underwriter, a statistical analyst and a manager of provider relations/contracting for a Northeast BlueCross BlueShield plan.
Eva received a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Bryant College and studied economics for two years at Brown University.
